How to manage asset publication status with published and unpublished states

Understand that assets in ImageKit DAM can be in either Published or Unpublished state.
Note that only Published assets are accessible using the ImageKit URL.
Right-click an asset and select 'Change publication status' to update its state.
Choose to update the publication status for the asset and its versions.
Click 'Submit' to change the asset to Unpublished (draft) state.
Set the publication status at the time of upload for new assets.
Use default upload settings to automatically set the publication status for all future uploads.
