Who is eligible for the ImageKit Startup Program?

We prioritize startups that use many images or videos on their websites and apps or create a significant volume of content for other marketing channels.

  • Must not have received previous ImageKit credits
  • Must be associated with an accelerator, incubator, or VC firm mentioned here. Proof like a verification email or a partner letter would be required to establish this.
  • Must have raised up to $20 million in funding or up to a series B round.
  • Must have a working company website or app
  • Must not be an existing paid customer of ImageKit.
  • Must be registered with ImageKit using a business email.

Can I participate in this program if a VC, incubator, or accelerator program does not back me?
The above program only supports startups associated with recognized VCs, incubators, or accelerator programs. Bootstrapped startups can contact us by filling out the form here.
How do I apply for the program?
If you are eligible per the criteria mentioned above, please create a new account on ImageKit, and upgrade to the paid plan. Then, reach out to us at support@imagekit.io with details about your company's website, what you do, and the VC, incubator, or accelerator you are associated with, and our team will help you from there.
What is the customized Startup Pricing Plan?
The customized Startup Pricing Plan gives you access to several enterprise-grade features for media delivery and digital asset management, has generous inclusions to support your business, and offers a pay-as-you-grow model beyond the base inclusions. The plan details can be found below.

$350 per month (offset by startup credits for 12 months)

1TB of delivery bandwidth, 250GB storage, 10K Video Processing Units, 15K Extension Units, 10 Users, 1 Custom Domain Name

If usage exceeds plan inclusions, then it is billed at $8 per 20GB bandwidth, $8 per 100GB storage, $8 per 10K VPUs, $8 per 5K Extension Units, $8 per user, $8 per domain name

How will the Startup credits be utilized?
ImageKit offers you $4200 (equal to 12 months of the Startup Pricing Plan's base cost). Once approved for the Startup Program, ImageKit will add these credits to your account that will automatically be utilized against your monthly invoice. If your usage exceeds the base plan inclusions in a given month, the credits, if available, will also be used against that.
Can existing paying customers participate in this Startup Program?
No. Existing paying customers cannot participate in this program.
What help do I get from ImageKit's team to make the best use of the program?
You will get a dedicated account manager to demonstrate how ImageKit can work for your requirements. Once you are a part of the program, you will be assigned a Customer Success Manager and a Solution Architect to help you adopt the best practices of media delivery and management and to ensure that you are making the best use of ImageKit. You also get priority support on chat and email, if you encounter any problems using ImageKit.
